Hi,
I am very healthy, because I mind what I eat and drink. I avoid all things that have no life in them while indulging non-fatty foods.
I eat lots of vegetables, skim milk and drink a lot of water. When I eat meat I eat the lean meat, lion part of pork and beef. I eat fish 3 times a week.... fish with scale and oil.
I do not eat chicken and turkey with their skins. I chew lots of bones for calcium. I eat orange as my main fruit. I do not drink processed fruit juice.
I exercise by walking briskly for 20 minutes every morning and before I go to bed by 8 P.M. to wake by 1 A.M and work till 8 A.M. when I lay off work.
I am a writer, 52 years old and strong enough to run. I am not fat, don't have diabetes or hypertension. I do medical check every quarter.
What do you think of my life style/ Feedbacks please.
